Crank Angle Sensor

The Crank Angle Sensor (also known as a "CAS") is located behind the crank pulley. Three pulses per every revolution.
A big round thing on the pass side rear head (1st gen) is a CAM angle sensor, do not mix the two. It's a 4 wire plug. Pulling this plug will kill ignition AND fuel.
