My Story:
I must start by saying that I became a fan of Mitsubishi when I bought a brand new 1987 Starion ESI-R with a single turbo. I enjoyed this car very much with it's staggered wheel setup and the wider tires in the back for the rear drive limited slip differential. It was this experience that pushed me in 1990 to order my first 3S before any hit the western shores. This was a 1991 Dodge Stealth R/T as at the time Geico would not insure the TT. They had no experience with it and were currently not insuring the 300ZX TT which was out longer. The stealth is still active but I always wanted the 3000GT and as luck would have it I found the perfect, clean, low mileage, and precise color car I was looking for in New Hampshire. That was five years ago and I stumbled upon 3SI back in 1999 and I've been an active member since. I attend regular gatherings and I am an active member of the 3sny chapter.
